The Legal Professions Code will regulate those who practice law as the way to make their living. This code will distinguish several legal professions, which are described below.
Judge
Judges will sit on courts and will decide in legal cases. They are required to be impartial.
Advocate
Advocates represent clients in court, as such they are not supposed to be impartial, on the contrary they have to protect the interests of their clients.
Prosecutor
Prosecutors are government officials trained in law, whose job is to prosecute (suspected) criminals.
Notary
Notaries are independent public servants. Their job is to make authentic instruments (official legal documents) at request of members of the public. They do not represent clients in court, and are required to be impartial.
Mediators
Mediators try to mediate between private parties, at their request, in legal conflicts – as alternative for court proceedings. They are required to be impartial.
Arbiters
Arbiters are essentially private judges. Like mediation, arbitration is an alternative for court proceedings. This procedure requires consent of both parties. Arbiters are required to be impartial.
Debt collection officer
Debt collection officers are responsible for dealing with defaulting debtors on behalf of their creditors. They are allowed to seize assets for the purpose of debt collection, and they can start insolvency proceedings against a debtor.
Legal adviser
Legal advisers give people advise in legal matters, but do not represent their clients in court.
With certain restrictions people could exercise more than one legal profession. All legal professions require a degree in Mordan law in order to be practiced. With exception of judges and prosecutors, legal practitioners are required to join their respective professional associations.
For debt collection, a huge guy with a rough face should do the trick
That would help people to pay their debts.
And fast.
Absolutely.
I think there should be a law that no one can get into debt in the first place. Can’t pay .. Don’t play
Surely a huge guy with a rough face has other employment opportunities.

Basically I would agree with you. But there all kind of debts, which cannot all be prevented. For instance, a person is renting a home but at some point he losses his job and can’t pay his rent anymore.
In 2015 we will come back on the issue of insolvency (and prevention of it).

Surely, they could keep weird people out of bars and club, for instance.
When my husband has a rough rugged face, I can file my fingernails on it. So maybe the guy with the funny face could open up a shoppe for weird women. 🙂
That would be an interesting idea.
That’s a great idea
