Twenty years ago, teachers and parents took a lot of effort to keep pupils to sit still. But since then more and more evidence has shown that (too much) sitting is as bad as smoking.
I am here wondering if all that standing will not be tiring at some point. I should try standing whenever I am not too busy on my desk
When I am at home, I stand more often than I sit. Tiredness is not something I really complain about.

I would call this an understatement. Sitting is one of the biggest health risk of modern society.
The health benefits are obvious. However, I couldn’t imagine working intensely as a computer programmer for over two decades while standing. I’m sure I would’ve had a lot of trouble concentrating and typing.
I know. Code typing is something I usually do sitting as well.
Standing improves the grades and health, it is great! 🙂
